These terms cover your use of this website and anything you buy from it. By placing an order you accept them. They do not affect your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If something you have ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Our shoes are handmade and photographed as faithfully as we can manage. Colour can look different between screens, and small variations between pairs are a feature of leather, not a fault.
Prices are in naira and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.
We accept cards and bank transfer through Paystack. Your order is processed once payment clears.
If a price is displayed wrongly through an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Set out in full in our shipping policy. Timescales are estimates and start from when payment clears, not from when you order.
You may return an unworn item in its original condition and packaging within 5 days of receiving it. Tell us first at [email protected]. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Made-to-measure and bespoke pairs cannot be returned, because they are made to your own measurements. This does not affect your rights if such an item is faulty.
Refunds go back to the method you paid with, within to confirm: commonly 5 to 10 working days of the item reaching us.
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault that is not ordinary wear, contact us with photographs and we will repair it, replace it or refund it. Leather soles and heels wear with use; that is not a fault.
Keep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account. We may close an account used fraudulently.
We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, such as a courier strike or a customs hold. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction.
