This policy explains what Overalls Concept Store Limited does with your personal information when you use this website or buy from us. We handle it in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, together with what you bought and what you paid.
When you create an account: your name, email address, phone number and a password, which is stored scrambled and cannot be read by us.
When you browse: the pages you look at and the items you put in your basket. Your basket is kept in your own browser, not on our servers, until you check out.
We do not collect or store your card details. Payments are handled by Paystack, who take your card information directly on their own secure page. We receive only the result of the payment and the last four digits of the card.
To take and deliver your order, to answer you when you contact us, to handle returns, and to keep the accounting records Nigerian law requires us to keep.
If you have asked to hear from us, to send you news about new arrivals. You can stop that at any time using the link in the message, and it will not affect an order.
Paystack, to take payment. FedEx and any courier we use, to deliver to you — they get your name, address and phone number, and nothing else.
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, so data passes through their servers. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Order and accounting records for to confirm: the period your accountant advises, commonly six years. Account details until you ask us to close the account. Marketing consent until you withdraw it.
